The $695 must be paid in full and active / effective from the day you pay, meaning you are able to get your discounted services immediately. If you wish to opt in only family members of the same account/household, they can be added for an additional $600 and will be entitled to the same benefits! The yearly premium includes the following per every contract year.
Platinum Plan – $895

- Complimentary CBCT 3D Scan
- Unlimited emergency exams with x-rays
- Post operative adjustments as needed
- 25% discount off most in office Dental services
- No insurance maximums or deductibles
- No third-party denial of services
- Discount on Invisalign depending on level of complexity
- Additional 5% discount on all treatment paid in full
- Professional dental team to help with all your dental needs
The $895 must be paid in full and active / effective from the day you pay, meaning you are able to get your discounted services immediately. If you wish to opt in only family members of the same account/household, they can be added for an additional $750 and will be entitled to the same benefits!
